Magnet Capital Supports Development of Two Four-Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses
Magnet Capital was delighted to assist a new client with the development of two four-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The site was already owned by the client and represented the final phase of a wider development project. We provided a £300,000 loan facility over a 15-month term, funding 100% of the build costs.
During the project, Magnet Capital was also able to help resolve a legal complication involving an easement, which played a key role in unlocking the development and allowing the project to proceed.
