OUR STORY

Founded by Ashley Ilsen and Sam Howard, Magnet Capital is led by an experienced team of development finance specialists, focused solely on development lending.

We specialise in this sector, which means we've seen how easily projects can be held up by unnecessary complexity, inconsistent decision making, and a lack of clear communication. Even the strongest projects can lose momentum when funding isn’t aligned with how development works in practice.

That’s why our approach is different. We believe the best outcomes come from understanding the people behind the project. By staying close to our clients and remaining involved throughout, we allow projects to run as they should, ensuring funding performs from start to finish.
