Former St John Ambulance Building in Nottingham Converted into Flats and New Homes
The former St John Ambulance building in Nottingham was successfully converted and extended to create two new flats, alongside the construction of three new three-bedroom terraced houses.
Magnet Capital provided a development facility of £481,000 to support the regeneration project. Throughout the build, we were also able to approve multiple facility increases, helping the developer manage the impact of rising construction costs.
To further support the project’s cash flow, we allowed the borrower to retain funds following the first property sales, enabling work to continue smoothly on the remaining units.
