Having worked with this experienced developer on previous projects, we were confident in their ability to deliver a high-quality scheme on time and to the expected standard. Despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty surrounding the construction industry in 2020, the development progressed successfully.
Throughout the project, Magnet Capital provided ongoing support, helping the developer navigate the difficulties of building during lockdown restrictions. A £350,000 facility was provided, funding the full construction costs and contributing towards the initial acquisition of the site.
Thanks to the strong partnership between lender and developer, the project was completed to an excellent standard and successfully brought to market.
