Magnet Capital Completes Fourth Project with Major Norfolk Developer
Magnet Capital has recently completed its fourth project with a major developer in Norfolk.
This time, we provided a loan of £1.3 million to help fund both the purchase of the site and the full build costs of the development. The project consists of three five-bedroom properties, each averaging 2,800 sq. ft.
