Magnet Capital Helps Deliver Two New Build Homes in Worcester Park, Surrey
Magnet Capital was pleased to support the delivery of two new-build homes in Worcester Park, Surrey.
Funding the development from site acquisition through to construction completion was a rewarding experience, made possible by the expertise and professionalism of the Surrey-based developers behind the project.
A £575,000 development facility was provided, covering the full construction costs and contributing towards the initial purchase price of the site.
